In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this photo session.I understand that photographs from my session are not allowed to be reproduce for any purpose. TERMS OF AGREEMENT NOT TERMS OF ENDEARMENTIf canceling your session, for any reason, please be courteous and call 24 hours prior to session date. Jaime has a family and makes arrangements for child care. I understand that a non-refundable retainer (Session Fee) is due before session. I understand that all orders must be paid in full before prints are sent to the lab for processing. I understand that personal checks will be held for 7 days before order is processed. I understand that Jaime Smith Photography stores images for two years. You have the option to purchase a CD of your images at current studio pricing, or repost your gallery for $30. I understand that all orders needing shipping will be accessed a $7.00 S/H fee. This includes USPS shipping. Insurance is dependent on the value of prints. Client may pick up prints at Jaime’s Green Cove Springs Address. Please call first to make arrangements. I understand that returned checks, for any reason, are subject to a $50 service charge and will constitute cancellation of your order if not paid in full within 3 days of notification by Jaime Smith Photography. I understand that prices are subject to change without notice.
